How long does a custom order take?
Most custom pieces take 2-4 weeks. Custom flooring projects typically require 4-6 weeks depending on complexity and quantity.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes! We ship to all 48 states. Flooring tiles and smaller items ship via UPS/FedEx. Large orders may ship freight.
What payment methods do you accept?
Website products are paid for with all major credit cards. Flooring installation invoices can be paid via card or check. Refunds are available for products which have not yet shipped.
